For the time being we are only shipping within the United States via FedEx, UPS or USPS. All item will ship for free in the United States. Any inquiries for international shipping will need special approval from a De Hago Customer Service team member.
Shipping for Returns, Exchanges, or Repairs with or without warranty will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Orders will be shipped when fully completed. It is understood that all orders may take up to 10 days. Some Orders will take longer depending on the complexity of each piece and might take up to 4 weeks to ship. We are not responsible for any delays incurred by Fed Ex or any other shipping agency.
All items will ship directly to the delivery address indicated at the time the order was placed. Any changes to a shipping address must occur within 24 hours in writing to Clientcare@dehago.com and must be similarly confirmed and acknowledged in writing by a De Hago Customer Service team member to be valid.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your items have shipped to the delivery location you requested at the time the order was placed.
All of our shipments are insured against theft and accidental damage while in transit. All shipments require signature upon delivery. Once the package is delivered and signed for, we are no longer liable. Each De Hago jewelry goes through inspection for quality control before sending. We encourage you to inspect your package immediately upon receipt. Should you receive an item you believe to be damaged, please contact us at Clientcare@dehago.com
