Warranty & Repair

De Hago jewelry is made of high quality and is under warranty for the first 3 months from the day of purchase that your product will be free of defects in materials and workmanship. De Hago’s warranty will cover any repairs necessary as a result of normal wear & tear. Stones sometimes may come loose over time and require tightening with retouching the polish and if needed rhodium reapplied for the process of securing the stones. These are all circumstance of normal wear and tear.

Regular cleanings or resizing of Rings, Bracelets, Bengals, or Pendants chains are not covered under the warranty.

Normal wear and tear does not include improper care, missing stones or repairs necessary as a result of any force put upon the jewelry item, extreme wear, a ring being sized or jewelry altered by someone other than De Hago.

Center Stone Diamonds for Engagement Rings are not covered under De Hago’s warranty. Please insure your center stone privately to protect of loss or damage during wear if needed.

After the first 3 months, De Hago will perform repairs for a fee.

Shipping for Returns, Exchanges, or Repairs with or without warranty will be the responsibility of the buyer. Please email our customer service center at Clientcare@dehago.com for instructions how to send in an item for repair. A shipping return label will be provided by us with complete instructions for the return. Please follow the detailed shipping instructions given for the return to ensure proper insurance procedures are met.
